You may need to adjust your expectations. I don't want to sound elitist, but unfortunately, anything you get for that price will have poor build quality/materials, and ANC will likely be insufficient. If it's possible to move the budget to 70 euros, you'd be in range for the moondrop edge or the cmf

Late to the party here, but the moondrop edge are very underrated and definitely in your budget
