Microsoft's crazy Surface price hikes are pushing me to Apple: I can no longer recommend Surface over a MacBook or iPad
I regret buying my Surface pro 11. Nice OLED screen and speakers but SO many bugs. Will probably sell it for a massive loss too because these Surfaces lose so much value. Never again.

Likelihood of the 2026 Surface Pro refresh updating the OLED
Judging by how Lenovo single and tandem OLED touchscreen panels still have the grain issue, it could be a few years before suppliers fix the problem. If Lenovo being one of the largest computer manufacturers on the planet can't solve it, I don't put much hope in Microsoft being able to either. I've

Opinions on the Surface Pro 12-inch? (coming from a Surface Go 3 + 2017 MacBook 12-inch)
Bezels are way to thick. Making a small device and than slapping that big of a bezel onto it makes not much sense too me. Sure you have more space for internals like battery, mainboard, speaker cooling and so on, but the screen should in my opinion be the main factor for the size of a device. Also t

Surface Pro 12 vs Samsung Tab S11
One of my regret for buying the SP11 is the OLED screen. It's so grainy and "rainbow-ish" on white colors. I can't believe a big company like Microsoft produce a trash screen like that. Oh, the ARM, you can't even install most of any windows app even with the prism emulator. I don't know if it's my

Surface Pro alternatives today?
I had this question for myself as well... I have the pro X, my display has a crack and the pen doenst cover the whole display any more. But I use it mostly with the keyboard. For painting I also have a separate digitzer board. Surface Pro 11 ... totally overpowered with 10 or 12 cores and it has a f

Brand New surface random pixels on screen
that sounds like a hardware defect, not something you can fix with drivers. with a brand new surface pro 11, i'd just return it or exchange it where you bought it. don't waste time troubleshooting - those random green and red pixels are usually a bad display panel or loose ribbon cable. microsoft's

Issue Report : New Surface Pro 11 or 12-inch has a major pen hovering bug. Please check your device.
I also have this problem and created a post here: Surface Pro 11 Intel - Slim Pen 2 Starts Inking Without Touching Screen Microsoft swapped a refurbished unit for me, which also has the same issue after updating the firmware. It is annoying as writing and drawing always introduce unintended tail str

Update on the SP11 / SP10 Pen Hover Bug: A New Finding - Is the Slim Pen 2 the Culprit?
Hey, I tried my SP11 (Intel) with other slim pen 2 from a store and found that it is the tablet itself having problem not the pen. To fix it, I can only foresee Microsoft either: Updates the firmware (assuming it is fixable through software) Replace our machine with a hardware-level corrected machin
