Good velour earpads for 99 neo?
Brainwavz Audio makes mass supply of replacement pads and they are just for generic fit. They don't care about tuning one bit. If you want the Meze 99 to sound the way they do, stick to stock or get the Dekoni Elite pads. I think stock pads are around $30 or so from Meze.

Headphone for listening under 300$
Over budget : Meze 99 Classics Gen2 $349 - has included usb dongle dac. An improvement over directly plugging into PC. User serviceable, Meze sells replacement parts. Within budget : Hifiman Edition XS Hifiman Ananda Stealth If there's spare cash, get a portable dac/amp. Will work with PC and phone.

What equipment do you use to listen to JUSTICE and how does it sound? (Volume warning)
