Why was this mascara so popular?
It’s still my favorite and I’ve tried ‘em all. It gives me both volume and length. Something about this formula just works for my lashes and the look I’m going for (big, lush). If I use two coats, I comb between them. The only other way I can get the same look is by layering Maybelline Volume Expres

Is it just me or does anyone else feel like they can’t justify paying the extra money for a high end mascara?
BTS is absolutely terrific the first three time you use it! And then they dry out like the clumpy Sahara in about a week. I wish it had better longevity. Maybelline Falsies for life!

Girlies what are your cheap makeup finds that you swear by?
Mascaras in general. Essence Lash Princess with the pink/purple marks in the bottle, and Maybelline Falsies were both amazing :) Kiko Milano has great lip products. What’s your HOLY GRAIL mascara?!
Maybelline does mascara better than anyone in my opinion. There are very few Maybelline mascaras I don’t like, but I think my faves are the Falsies and Colossal mascaras.

October '25 - January '26 empties for dry skin
