You could try a milky toner for primer if your skin reacts well to it (usually is hydrating for most people). I prefer the Anua 70+ Rice toner but I'm sure you'll be able to find western brands that do milky toner in Chemist/Priceline (I think Thayers do one). Foundation wise for dry skin I'd recomm

please do! it's honestly wonderful. i'm super picky about mascara because i have sensitive eyes that usually can't stand a full day of mascara, i hate cumply or spidery lashes... but my lashes are also the one thing i feel really make my face look done up when i put make-up on so i insist on trying
