Don't buy a vintage phonograph. Their needles are meant to be used like toys. Not even a new needle will be good enough. Invest in an Audio-Technica AT-LP70X turntable for $279 Then get some powered speakers like the Mackie CR3.5BT for $129 a pair. For $408 you will be in heaven, have amazing sound
