Oddly specific keyboard issues (not sure if hardware or Windows?)
The K800 I had broke so I got one off eBay. To my surprise I have this exact issue. To be clear, Ctrl + C works, but CTRL+V does not. You can use a utility like this https://w3c.github.io/uievents/tools/key-event-viewer.html to look at the keyboard events, and Ctrl + V does not register. I found ano

I had one K800 of the first version, the one that came with installable batteries, in my opinion, a far better choice than those with a built in (doomed to fail) battery that would need a recharge... with cable, on a cordless keyboard... I should have seen the tragedy coming back then to be honest,
