Buy the Logitech MX Mechanical Mini. It's fantastic. Portable enough to carry in a bag. I have a Surface Pro 8 and am also very much a keyboard snob. The Surface Pro keyboard is pretty solid, all things considered.

The Logitech MX Mini and the Nuphy Air75 are both pretty portable since they're compact and lightweight If you're moving between home and office often, either of those should work well for you. The MX mechanical Mini might be a bit bulkier, but it's still manageable.
