Does anyone know of a third party wireless keyboard that has a similar feel and an identical layout to a MBP keyboard?
Logitech MX Keys Mini, without a doubt. I personally prefer it over the ones on the macbooks, the keys have a "heavier" subtle feel, which is more satisfying than the clicky ones on macs. You don't even need to get the mac version, the PC version of the MX mini works well on macs.

Throwing out Logitech MX Keys Mini. My macbook sits on a stand and the Logi is my daily driver unless I'm on the move.

For MacBook + minimal setup, I’d probably stay in the Logitech lane before going full split keyboard. Keyboard: MX Keys Mini if you want clean and familiar.
