I'm done. Bye Logitech.

I'm disappointed Logitech discontinued the G602 & G604 shaped mice. A major concern is that most of their mice use a rubber that will eventually get sticky and deteriorate within a few years. Very much planned obsolescence. Prices have doubled as well. Mice used to $60-80, now they are pushing $120.

Source for a Logitech mouse button, or are they all created equal? Intermittent hold down issue.

Well not so quickly.. :) It's Logitech picking from the lower click count rated Omron switches (planned obsolescence), but you're right those are "typical" Omron switches. I have an older g602 mouse which was one of the most expensive mices when I bought it and Logitech decided to use a 20 million c

What would an over engineered mouse look like

In terms of just the shell, watch a Logitech G602 disassembly video. Pretty sure it was almost 40 screws to get the clicky board out to replace the switches. Looks like you got a bit to go!

G604 have been discontinued, what would be the replacement?

I’m now in this club with one of my side buttons finally giving up the ghost. Been hunting all over for a decent replacement and haven’t seen very many options to choose from that are close to the g602 design. I know as soon as I buy something different Logitech will finally release a new version.

What office gear has actually held up for you after years of daily use?

My LG 4k ips monitor has 13,000 hours of power on time. Been running it for 8ish years I think. Logitech g604 is the best productivity mouse I have ever owned, had two g602's that died, should have picked up another 604 as well. Now they don't make em and this one is probably 8-10 years old as well.

What brands/products do you AVOID because of their poor longevity?

It's funny, I used to be an all Logitech guy. Keyboards, mice, webcam, even bought their keyboard folio case for my iPad over Apple's "magic" one. The folio honestly held up really well. But everything else has been a disappointment. Mice start double clicking within 6 months and the trick to revita

Rekomendasi Mouse Buat Kerja

Mouse pal

mouse randomly scrolling problem

I gave up on Logitech. My last two mice failed randomly and seemingly independent of the hardware. Input lag, missing clicks and driver software that works when it wants to all gave me some bad taste. I almost got another g604 to replace my g602 that died after 9 months but got a steel series aerox

Mouse dengan optical switches

Gue dari dulu kalau pakai mouse nggak pernah awet, selalu berakhir dengan double click lah, scroll wheel mati lah, dll dsb. Mouse paling mahal yang pernah gue beli Logitech G602 sekitar 15 tahun yang lalu. Pakai 1,5 tahun sudah double click (untungnya masih garansi, jadi ganti baru, tapi setahun kem

Why Logitech G Hub is the worst software experience I've ever had

Mine stopped working for my G602, software just quit and eefused to open again today. Literally the only reason I stumbled into the UX clusterfuck of a software. Its inferior in every way to the already existing gaming software that appears to have been stealth-sundowned. Just having to click throug
