I've had a Logitech G600 MMO mouse for what must be over 5-6 years now and it still works flawlessly. (I literally cannot remember when I got this thing) I don't even play any MMO's, but the 12 side buttons are all programmable and it's quite nice for other games as well.

Please please please ring finger button (as seen on the logitech g600, and larger corner buttons (that are on the razer naga hyperspeed) Light weight is nice, but honestly these buttons are so insanely valuable for gshifting.
