On the logitech site for their "lightspeed" technology

"Lightspeed" is not a mouse but the name of Logitech's wireless technology. This is probably a graph of the delay added by that wireless technology, not the mouse itself. For example, for the G502x Plus, the delay is around 0.5ms (based on ratings data). Still not quite 0.33ms but still much closer.

I think its time this mouse gets retired, any recomnedations?

G502X Plus. I have this and the Basilisk V3 wired and imo, the feel in hand is nicer on the G502X. If you like wired, get the Basilisk though. Logitech really cheaped out on their wired version. It’s a plastic/rubber cord and it’s simply awful. Also, zero RGB on the wired. Not something I typically

What’s the best wireless mouse ?

Best will be subjective, but I personally have a Logitech G502 X Plus paired with a Logitech G Wireless Charging Pad and love it. I used to hate wireless mice because nothing sucks more than the battery dying while using it, and if you need to plug it in and use it wired when it dies, then why not j

Roccat Tyon… 💔

Trotzde

Surgery completed, patient is thriving!

G502 Lightspeed is economically obsolete these days. It was released 6 years ago. In my country at least a 502 Lightspeed is 10 euros more expensive than the newer, sleeker G502X Plus. Pretty much a no-brainer if you're looking to upgrade to wireless and stay in the Logitech family.

Wireless vs. Wired Gaming Mice: Is the latency gap finally gone in 2026?

I switched from wired mouse (rat 8+) to Logitech G502 X Plus. My experience has been great. Feels as snappy. That was also my concern and to me doesn't feel any different.

Basilisk V3 Pro 35K - Windows Dynamic Lighting

I bought the G502X Plus. The scroll wheel is loud but besides that I’m happy. Dynamic Lighting does work but I actually just set a fixed value for RGB in Logitechs software and because Logitech saves that on the onboard memory (unlike Razer…) I now have no software running at all, not even Dynamic L

Does a Gaming MX master mouse exist ?

i had this same issue a while back when i switched from productivity to gaming. the Logitech G502 X Plus is probably your best bet honestly - it keeps that ergonomic right-handed shape with the thumb rest but drops down to around 106g which is way more manageable for fast movements. if you want even
