I have a Logitech G502x plus and it has the “sniper button” right in front of the thumb that lowers the dpi. I always mapped this to the “R” key so every game would use it as reload. Try it for yourself, grab the G8 button (top left) and instead of clicking down; pull upwards, if your mouse is the same as my previous mice it will click itself in front of your left mouse button. Why would you pull the button upwards instead of clicking down? It's a button, not a lever. lol I have
