I use a Logitech G300S right now. It's got six extra buttons - two along the left ridge, two along the right, and two just under the mouse wheel. It's pretty comfy and it's really light, which I need too.

Logitech g300s is the best mouse I've ever used. Has 6 extra buttons in all the right places. They don't make them anymore so I bought about 6 spares that should last my whole life.
