With mechanical switches I only know of the Logitech g515 TKL wired. It does have RGB because it’s a gaming keyboard but just turn it off or set it to white if you want the backlight, imo it looks perfectly acceptable for office use that way.

Yes, if you change the keycap profile. Personally, for normal height keyboards such as the one in your images, I enjoy the uniform or flat profiles, such as XDA / MDA / MOA. However, I do prefer low profile keybords, especially with keycaps shaped like those on Logitech G515 / G815 / G915 (x) and Ra
