Gaming mouse with reliable middle mouse click?

With a G502 it's pretty noticeable if you scroll up or down, since it has the free spin/controlled spin button. I tried the G502X (revamped version) and didn't liked it that much, so I'd go with the good old one. Edit: and it also includes mouse wheel right and mouse wheel left buttons that can be q

The Logitech MX Vertical Mouse ended up being a bad purchase

I purchased the 3s last month, and after two weeks, I switched back to the G502X. It’s uncomfortable, slow, and not enough buttons.

Tiny hands and keybinds

While I can hit shift okay I have trouble hitting ctrl and alt, so I bind them to my Logitech G502. Two side buttons, one middle button under the scroll wheel, and two on the left click that I don’t use often as it’s kind of awkward to touch.

Has anyone here successfully replaced Logi Options+ with BetterTouchTool?

Personally I was unable to with my G502X. It wasn't able to detect some of the side buttons. However I do see someone else saying it worked with their G502... it might be because I have the Star Wars collab version...

Surely I’m not the ONLY one thinking this?

After using it for a few days, it’s close but no cigar. MX Master feels more comfortable for me over longer periods, and gestures is a big win. G502x has the thumb button, which I’ve mapped to Mission Control on Mac, but gestures effectively expand that single button into 5, and expanded further if

Anyone using an MMO mouse with linux, Im after something where all the buttons work, not to bothered about rgb stuff. Any suggestions?

i owned roccat nyth , before the company fall to turtlebay , worked on linux and could be setup via apps because roccat devs communicate technical data .Them i moved to razer with a basilisk , using polychromatic to set it up , worked great but i really did not enjoyed the part when i had to compile

Razer Basilisk V3 Pro is horrendous

I did try a Logitech MX Master and the scroll wheel is superior. In general logitech are better at mouse wheels. Still happy with my Basilisk though, tactile + smart reel works well, and I chose it (after trying Logi G502X and MX Master) because it has the best clicks on the primary buttons.

Are there any plans for a mouse that uses all "Hybrid Optical-Mechanical Switches"?

The G502x iirc uses an optical main wheel but it's not immune to dust (no encoder is immune to dust). As for side buttons, no mouse on earth right now has optical side buttons as pretty much all manufactures use submicro switches for the sides, and no optical versions of those exist, because, well,
