I've literally only used g502 heroes (as a mouse for general use, not for gd I switched to Sayo last year) for like the past 8 years, bought it for GD but it's genuinely such a robust mouse, I've only had to replace it once

The game has full support though, as long as the mouse is detected shouldn’t matter. Mouse probably just has issues. I’ve been using a g502 hero on PlayStation for years with no problems. Including the onboard memory profiles. Everything works great.
