You can never go wrong with Logitech for work and business products. I purchased a Logitech C270 web camera recently, and not only is it good value for money, but gives me decent and crisp video hehe.

PS3 Eyecam OBS Settings
You need the CL-Eye Driver. However, I would highly advise against using the PS3 eyecam as a primary OBS camera. They have horrible resolution and terrible framerates. Literally anything more modern is going to be better. Even a Logitech C270 for $16 on Amazon would be superior to it.
