Disappointed with runtime of X1 Carbon Gen 10
That doesn’t sound normal. I’ve been using my x1 carbon gen 10 every day for the past 3 years. It has the i5 1240p and the low power display. I used to get 7-9 hours of battery and now I get 5-7 hours with 83% battery health. I’m using kde with Debian and it uses like 4W idle with several browser ta

Affordable, good laptop, lightweight with Ethernet port and little light transformer
For a semi recent thinkpad I would 10/10 go with amd over intel. They are way easier on the battery and have more power. My x1 carbon gen 10 only lasts a little over 3 hours on a full charge with the i7-1260p while my t14 gen 1 with the ryzen lasts over 7 and has more cores/threads.
