Lenovo has a 8 inch tablet with oled and high refresh that looks really tempting. And cheaper than the iPad mini. https://www.lenovo.com/us/en/p/tablets/android-tablets/lenovo-legion-tab-gen-3/len103g0002

The A11+ is a good tablet but it's not 7", it's 11". I am specifically talking about 7-8" small tablets and when it comes to those there are basically no good android options that compare to the iPad Mini. The Lenovo Y700 / Legion Tab are really the only good budget priced options but most are chine

Legion y700 tablet has been remarkable for me the past couple years. I think it's called the Legion Tab Gen 3 now? Paid less for it than I paid for the 3G Nexus 7 at launch.

The Lenovo Legion Tab 3 is a pretty awesome 8-inch tablet. A little pricey at $400.

So in answer to this question I have both & the Legion Go (Gen1) & Y700 (Gen3) and the Y700 isn't anywhere near as smooth for high end streaming & this is mainly due to the Android OS frame pacing limitations even though it has 165hz screen. For me given the current price difference the Legion is a

I have the 8.8" Legion Tab 3 (Y700 gen3) which was around $330 on sale. I'm guessing they have more to clear out since the Y700 gen 5 is being released. The caveats is that it has 256gb internal storage with no SD card. I don't mind it since switching game libraries is only a few clicks away. I pair

So do you want to be below $400 or below $700? The Lenovo Idea Tab Pro is pretty awesome now that it's $300. The Legion Tab (aka y700) Gen 3 is even more awesome at $400.
