Have you tried Lancome's Monsieur Big waterproof? It's what I use. It doesn't flake or smudge and it's buildable. Forgive me, but I don't know what a tubing mascara is. I tried to Google it, but I think I'm too tired to wrap my mind around the concept. I'm sorry.

Lancome Monsieur BIG mascara. It doesn't clump, it doesn't smear under my eyes, and it makes me look like I behave eyelashes with one coat. If I'm going out, I curl my eyelashes, use 1 coat of Cils Booster and 2 coats of the Monsiuer BIG. But for everyday, one coat is all I need. LOVE this mascara!
