Looking for a good analog keyboard.
nobody makes fullsize HE PCBs so that isnt an option im afraid, you can get some prebuilt fullsize HE boards like keychron q6 he but they're overpriced and notably lower quality than a custom with a nicer pcb, and have a few other flaws like switch family and keychron customer support

Only buy keychron if you either hate your money or like having issues. I have a Q6 HE that doesnt work and you can find many issues with keychron online

Need recommendation for new Keyboard in EU.
I used Q6 HE before I sold it in favor of Q4 HE. There wasn't anything wrong with it, I just shouldn't have come back to a full sized keyboard. That said, Q4 HE is what I use and recommend.
