I have the q6 he and it is essentially a $400 brick. consider that before buying one. also read up n keychron "warranty" denial

My Q6 HE doesnt work either. most likely yours is defective. if you can return it, return it. otherwise throw it in the garbage and buy a brand that supports their products. you will not get support from keychron. treat this as a learning experience

you are lucky. I have a defective Q6 HE and they just keep telling me to reinstall FW and do other things that only apply to mechanical keyboards. I would say that the keyboard doesnt work is quiet normal for keychron to anybody wanting to buy a dud ... well you have been warned

nobody makes fullsize HE PCBs so that isnt an option im afraid, you can get some prebuilt fullsize HE boards like keychron q6 he but they're overpriced and notably lower quality than a custom with a nicer pcb, and have a few other flaws like switch family and keychron customer support

What keychron did you get? I'm looking for a keyboard too and mostly want the Q6 HE. I doubt they will because keychron will not cover it . many of the keyboards fail after the warranty. listen to the people who are going through this. I have a Q6 HE that costs here $400 and it misses keys .... so in a way it works but its not really how you can type
