Almost bought one but saw this Reddit

You've not visited the Logitech or Razer subs recently, have you? Even Wooting had a period rife with complaints and CS issues, and their CS is legendary. I agree that Keychron's CS needs work, but I don't think it's malice. I think the company's demand grew too quickly for CS and QA to keep up. At

Is Keychron a good choice for a reliable keyboard?

For all the complaints in here, there are likely many satisfied customers. Pain is more of a motivation to make a noise than happiness. My experience is that I've got 3 Keychron boards of various tiers - a quite old K8, a Q6, and a K2 HE - and I've not had any serious issue with any of them. The K8

Keychron Keyboards Quality

I consider Keychron to be my favorite brand. Mostly because I’m a Mac person and they work so well with them. I know other brands have Mac modes now (I started out in 2021 getting into keyboards), but I just like Keychron. In terms of quality, I’ve been happy with all of the Keychron boards I’ve had

is keychron a good brand

Mixed reputation lately. They have been making solid products for several years now, but the latest Q MAX and V MAX series of keyboards has had some flaws and QC issues. Combine that with Keychron support being nothing special (like any other budget brand really) and you have a chance for disappoint

My humble home studio/office. Any advice?

Got a cheap one from Amazon, and I think it's amazing! I haven't tried other wooden ones so I can't compare but I'm very pleased with it. It looks almost custom made for my Keychron K2. Here's the link https://a.co/d/8LfxGXf

Help! Overwhelmed by choices. Looking for a premium ~75% keyboard

Hardly anyone ships silent tactiles and the ones that do are overpriced and usually unsatisfactory in other ways. Just replace the switches. I share your strong preference for a 75% board with no stupid blockers. Trimode QMK 75% boards with at least 13 keys on the Fn row and at least 4 keys on the n

Would you recommend the Logitech Pro x tkl rapid at this price?

iv’e seen it many times around 110€ you should check on amazon. For the same price there is for example keychron k2 and k8 HE that has way better build quality with aluminium case, better performance, better stability with the QMK firmware, is hotswappable for upgrading overtime the keyboard and is

Mechanical vs Hall Effect – Which keyboard makes more sense for me?

Honestly, unless you're looking to dump $100+ into a keyboard, HE doesn't make sense. Cheap HE boards are just not it in terms of reliability, build quality, and software experience. The cheapest HE board I can actively recommend is something like a NuPhy Field 75 HE or Air60/75 HE. Keychron's K2 HE
