My new keyboard finally came in. I was so used to my old broken one at home that I can't stop typing now. The sound is great, I've never had RGB before, and it just feels so dang good. For those curious, it is a Keychron K10 Max with Keychron Super Banana switches.

Some of the differences: Programmability/configurability: The K10 (not to be confused with K10 V2) has proprietary firmware, with practical nothing that can be configured, and the rest are fully programmable (with released source code), with some configuration possible using GUI tools. Edit: thanks for input. I ended up getting a Keychron K10 Max (brown). in terms of actual typing / keyboard, it's really excellent. I love the construction / weight of the keyboard itself. i am not loving the backlight (and shortcut keys for them), but I honestly don't use the backlight much.

My wife has a Keychron K10 Max that she absolutely loves. It wasn't cheap, but it's easy to set up any way you want, and a great jumping-off point for a new hobby. Personal recommendation for the K10 Max with RGB hotswap and Super Banana switches.

keychron seems to make some good ones, try giving their k10 max a look. might be a little pricy for you though, but its really fancy and has cool features. Supports qmk and via and stuff, has RGB, and has fancyish switches. You should be able to turn the FN row into a media key row btw.
