Keychron K10 HE goes for just over $100 on sales. Not much better HE keyboards at this price, but if you don't need magnetic switches then ASUS ROG Strix Scope II and maybe Epomaker Galaxy100 are decent. But every keyboard might have QC issues, some brands have them more often.

This isn’t on your list, but the black and brown Keychron K10 HE has been a game changer for me. Reliable, durable, simple plug n play .. feels great and sounds great out of the box, and doesn’t break the bank. Been my main driver for many months now.
