Not a lot of good options. There is Keychron C3 pro which appears to be QMK/VIA, but it's not hot swappable I'm also thinking about the Ajazz Ak820 max which is hot-swappable, but I'm not sure about its latency and if it is QMK/VIA (Both are around $65)

keychron c3 pro hotswappable if you can find it in the UK but with custom boards super indepth rgb customization isn't really a thing
