Am I crazy for preferring these Kanto YU powered bookshelf speakers over my Martin Logan motion 4i's?
I love my Kanto speakers too! I recently upgraded my living room from Kanto TUK to Martin Logan XT B100, and honestly I prefer the sound of the TUK. I just wish Kanto made a louder TUK. I have the Kanto yu2 as desktops and those are nice too.

200€ best speaker +subwoofer
I’m bit of a subwoofer snob, and so I don’t think that there would be any subwoofers in Europe anywhere close to your budget. (My personal opinion on a subwoofer is that it should get pretty close to 20Hz for it to qualify as a real subwoofer. And those kinds of products sadly aren’t cheap. In Europ

Do you use a DAC with your pc audio output?
As other people are suggesting, an upgrade to your speakers may be better. I have used Kanto YU2 in the past, they do other speakers as well. You will need a sub to go with those though as they don't have a lot of low end, but they are small.

Kanto Sp26 stands recommended?
They are decent steel stands but the top plates are a bit flimsy because they are designed to mount directly to the Kanto YU2 series of speakers some the regular top plate wobbles a bit. They'll work no problem but there's probably a better 26" stand out there for a similar price.

New Setup Complete!
https://a.co/d/06mDU0W Kanto YU2 speakers. Got them for 169 used on eBay but they are awesome. Def wait for them to go on sale cause they are pricey. I wish I went with the black ones instead honestly.

Bookshelf speakers
If it's for a battle station, then you're sitting in one place, so there's no need for 5.1. Surround sound was invented to compensate for different listening positions in movie theaters and couches. You can make all the same sounds with 2 well-aimed speakers for your 2 ears. If you're willing to go

Full setup recommendations around $500
Used would be better quality but higher risk and take longer to put together. Also will not come with warrantee. Check out the turntable buying and setup guide on the right - super helpful! Here is my stab at it - given what little parameters you put around it. Basically a workable turn table that h

PULSE explore!
They are the Kanto YU2. https://www.amazon.com/Kanto-Composite-Amplifier-Subwoofer-YU2WALNUT/dp/B08KWQ7SM1?sr=8-1 I really like them! I am a full time editor so I needed something relatively neutral for work. They have been great and go on sale often so they didn't break the bank.

Gifted of a new AT-LP120XBT-USB, looking for suggestions
Probably the kanto yu2 / see if you can get a deal on the yu4. They have a sub out so you can get a cheap subwoofer for bass. Also you can use them as pc speakers should you upgrade later. Might not be big big enough for living room though
