The right earbud for my new pair of earbuds isn't working. I've done a couple manual resets. It stops charging after a couple of seconds. It doesn't autoconnect. It makes me think that maybe the battery is shot in the right bud. Any advice for solutions would be greatly appreciated

JLab Sport case randomly stops charging/working. This seems to be a product issue and I will no longer be purchasing as this is the 2nd time it’s happening with JLab Bluetooth products. (jlab go sport+) I've tried factory resetting the earbuds multiple times, then checked on the jlab app itself and it showed both earbuds as separate devices, each showing up as left earbuds and plays left audio. They can be connected at the same time, but cannot play audio at the same time.
