These headphones are paired to nothing and yet they still when I turn them on say "jlab on, Bluetooth connected, battery full" and I can not pair them, they show up in the pairing menu but they do not actually pair

Left ear refuses to work. Sometimes it connects and plays music for 7 seconds before turning off. I’ve tried manual resetting it and tapping each side for 7 seconds. Like the title says my right earbud isn't working. I tried troubleshooting it by tapping 7 times and it's not working. I thought my usual charging spot may have been faulty so I tried the outlet and it still didn't work. Instead it glows white for less than 3 seconds and dies out.

I’ve had these earbuds for a little over a year now and the left one has just started to act up. It flashes white for about a second before completely shutting down. I tried resetting and charging it but it’s still off. My right one works just fine and the case still says it’s charging the earbuds.
