Sounds like you’ve already tried pretty much every universal tip out there, so it might just be that this in-ear style doesn’t work well with your ears. Does your TV support Bluetooth headphones? I'm using the Epic Sport ANC 3 earbuds that I got a few days ago. I paired them to my TV. So far, so good. Just enable movie mode on the Jlab app and it should reduce the lag when playing on the PS5.
