Only one earbud working at a time?
Someone in the tech department might be able to help you troubleshoot the issue but id just claim the warranty. I had this same pair for about 8 months when, I think it was the left, stopped connecting and charging. I contacted support and they gave me store credit. Use it to buy a speaker (only spe

Have the solved the bugs on the ESANC3’s?
The Epic Sport ANC 3 earbuds would be our most up to date model currently available. They should not be experiencing theses issues, but in the case that they do, all JLab purchases are covered by our 2-year manufacturer warranty. Please check out our warranty policy for more details: Warranty Policy

Jbuds Lux with PlayStation Issues
Does your TV support Bluetooth headphones? I'm using the Epic Sport ANC 3 earbuds that I got a few days ago. I paired them to my TV. So far, so good. Just enable movie mode on the Jlab app and it should reduce the lag when playing on the PS5.

Can anyone recommend some new tips for the JLab Epic edition ear buds?
Sounds like you’ve already tried pretty much every universal tip out there, so it might just be that this in-ear style doesn’t work well with your ears. If you like the Epic Lab Editions, you might want to check out our Epic Pods (same specs, different fit, coming soon on jlab.com) or a sport model
