If you don't have worries about the speaker walking off when you leave the cart, a JBL Flip 7 and a mount will be the easiest/most economical approach. If you have concerns about that, you're going to need to pony up the money for a soundbar or a bluetooth amp and marine speakers.

I did a similar setup like this with a raspberry pi 3b+ with jbl bb4, charge 6, flip 7 all worked wonderfully

i just tried JBL Flip 7 and i am wowed. Sound is full and vocals are not drowned out by bass. I like this more than Motion 300 which has clarity but it is thinner and not as full. Charge 6 is full but more bass heavy and drowns out vocals. chatgpt confirms this. Looks like I am keeping Flip 7 Flip 7

Unfortunately it did not work for me with the jbl flip 7. I was able to control the jbl speaker thru the Marshall bluetooth app, but no music played to the stanmore iii speaker.
