Clamp speakers, most disappointing purchase in years.
My solution to buying 4 of these speakers was to return them. My JBL flip 5 sounds better

My [30F] partner [35M] snores so loud I haven’t slept solidly in almost a year
Mine spouse doesn't snore, but I awake easily to certain sound. Years ago, I used to use a large box fan to block out the noise. But I no longer wanted the draft it creates. Now I use a free phone app with white noise called "White Noise Lite". It has a wide variety of other sounds as well. At night

Recommendations on Bluetooth Speakers for playing along and learning by ear?
I have a JBL flip5 that I have used for over 4 years on bike rides. Riding in storms? Yup. Summer heat? Yup. Mountain biking and it gets hit with rocks, dirt, debris... yep. Winter fat bike rides down to -26deg real feel? Yep, that cold once. Gravel ride and every crevice is filled with mud? Yessss.

What album should I listen to?
We have a household JBL Flip 5 that stays in the shower for music, it’s waterproof and fits perfectly in our recessed shower shelf. I have it very quiet so I can hear the music in the shower but other people in the house can’t hear it. Beware, since I started listening to music in the shower, they’v

Android users - anyone use Dolby Atmos "Music"?

All the other options like Bass Boost or Brilliant Treble makes it sound muddy or muffled, but the Smart Audio is good. You've gotta u

I might have come across a new way of EQ-ing
that being said there are all sorts of dirty tricks that smaller speaker systems use to make them sound good ( i love my jbl flip 5!). . and if you've ever seen an recording / mixing or mastering engineer at work they use tons of tricks to make things sound bigger, cleaner, etc..

Hank-value-tier Wireless Speaker?
True, h/k and JBL are both under harman international which is owned by samsung electronics. Personally I have 2 flip 5's which sound pretty good when stero paired and a H/K Citation 200 which has the most perfect sound signature I've ever heard in a portable speaker, better than a $899 Devialet Man

Need help deciding...
I actually do enjoy my Klipsch The Three. It's great to play sleep sounds. Works well for music and tv in the bedroom. And for when you travel and rent that boomy A-frame cabin with the 40" Vizio where you can't hear anything because the shitty small speaker in the giant room - it works really well.

JBL Charge - Daily Workhorse and Immortal Hero
I had a JBL Flip 5, which was a great portable speaker. Unfortunately, it only lasted 2 years before it stopped functioning.
