best patio speakers for music during weekend hangouts?
If you’re looking for something wired, the Sonos outdoor speakers are pretty solid. If you’d prefer portable, I really like the JBL Charge 5. I have 2 of them that I tether together.

Speakers or soundbar, and why?
I just have a JBL Charge 5 on a soft mount on the ceiling. It works great IMO. It’s easy to take out so I can use it around camp and on the trail.

Speaker suggestion?
Our fishing boat stereo died and instead of replacing we bought a JBL charge 5. Works great and you can use it for other activities.
