Found some 100% shielded speakers - Yamaha MSP5, the setup is complete... for now
Have been on the hunt for some fully shielded speakers for a while now. Had been using jbl studio 530s and 305p mkIIs, but both needed to be about a foot away and this setup needs them close to be at ear level. I did use audioengine hd3s for a bit, but they're pretty weak. I also tried shielding the

Best audio setup under ₹25k for music + movies?
Buy active book shelf or monitor speakers. I can think of yamaha Hs series, jbl 305 or edifier r2480 on the top of my mind

Why there's no audio equipment nowadays like in the 80s JVC or KENWOOD?
I'd argue that a decent pair of powered monitors with a quality Bluetooth adapter running to a budget DAC sounds better than what 98% of average people use on a daily basis, and could be had under $500. Most people I know either just play music from their phone speaker or have some cheap Bluetooth r

Best monitors under $2,500 a pair for office space (music and video editing)
The 306P is actually good if you can’t hear the amp noise. I’ve owned JBL 305P, Focal Shape 65, Genelec 8030C, and 8341A. Would probably go Focal for the more pleasant aesthetics.

DDJ-400 speaker output
If you have ~$250, i recommend a couple open item JBL 305P MKII powered 5 inch speakers. They sound good and they have XLR and 1/4 inputs. You'd need to pick up some 1/4" to RCA cables for like 10 bucks, but when you move up to something with XLR outputs, you can use those. I used them with my FLX10

Studio Speakers
JBL 305P or 306P for solid low end or the KRK Rokit G4 if you want more bassy character and built in EQ, avoid the HS5 unless you plan to add a sub or bigger woofers and treat the room.

Help with home office computer speakers
Check your Facebook marketplace for powered studio speakers. JBL 305, Kali audio, etc. then add a powered sub.

Desk Speakers recommendations
It’s hard to get «really good» at that price. For connecting to a pc you need either active speakers (with amplifier included) or a separate amplifier. Maybe take a look at the JBL Professional 300 series (305P, 306P, 308P)

I’m wondering what studio monitors/speakers everyone has
I personally use the JBL 305P MkII in my studio, they are loud, the sound is very clear, and the bass is strong for their size. Simple to connect to any setup, and they fit well in any studio. I’ve been using them for the past few years and never had any issues, and I honestly haven’t found anything

best studio monitors
I have two JBL 305P’s mounted at about 6” above my ear level, each about 20”off center and angled in at about 15deg and down at about 10deg angle down, basically aimed at my head while standing and a matching JBL 310 sub below the main shelf on my synth/drum machine/mobile multi-track studio cart, w
