Actually the 270K plus is only a better binned 285k. Both CPUs were released in 2024 (Zen 5 and Arrow Lake). P cores and E cores have different IPC yes, but we average them out. Intel technically is at a disadvantage here because of we are adding the slightly lower IPC E-core to the high IPC P core
