Intel's certainly is the degradation issue. It consumes more power also, but I don't think the difference is that relevant here, compared to the even higher clocked and overvolted i9 13-14th gen chips. [SOLVED]: Finally a conclusion to my nightmare. I replaced the 13900k with a 14700k (yes i know, i know...) and (most importantly) all stutters are gone. ~~Small shader stutters are present because that's the new age thing and devs dont know how to get around that yet. Other than that, zero notice
