ATX-sized case so he has plenty of room to upgrade later. RTX 307032gig ram intel i7-10700k @ 3.80 ghz Feels like it runs well to begin with aroun 60-70 fps which i dont know is good for what im running, but after a coupe of raids to just gets so choppy, and crashes on extract

Mum's PC. I do not know how much storage is needed. (A single NVMe drive can handle everything, and this one is very fast when booting.) The 10700K and 2060 are not very good, but not bad either. You have not provided any requirements that would rule them out. How do you want to get to $1000? PCPart

Coming from a 10700K that was faulty with a 3080ti Xtreme to a 9800x3D I definitely feel a delay on my Strix x870-f using my Logitech superlight compared to my old Intel that thing had no lag.
