Excellent suggestion but there are few things I will change. I would get mouse and keyboard both at cost of Rs 1000 or less. And I would buy Intel i5 12400f processor instead of ryzen since I have a really terrible experience with AMD products. And I would also buy NVIDIA GPU if possible.

14400F or even 12400F would probably be better with that board, I don't think the VRMs are built for 125W+ TDP units.. 5060TI might work better for 1080p if you want more features, also has lower power draw..
