There's no such thing as "11400K". You are looking at a 11400f or the 11400 (igpu). That's basically entry level gaming performance. Moreover, the issue with Intel's entry level chips is the asymmetric memory write bandwidth performance, which can induce hitching/stutters (20-30GB/s). Additionally,

I don't feel like the performance is better, I still have like around 90fps (rtx 3050, intel i5-11400f, 32gb ram)

Yeah, it's an 11th-gen i5-11400F, so it's a few generations old now. Intel is already on 14th-gen CPUs, which is why 65W might seem low. By the way, I may have found a fix. UPDATE: Fixed! It turns out my i5-11400F was hitting Intel's default 65W long-term power limit (PL1) on my budget Biostar B560 board, causing the CPU to throttle from 4.2 GHz down to 3.66 GHz after ~30 seconds in-game. I fixed the drops by going into the BIOS and setting both PL1 and PL2 power limit
