Best is subjective, but I can recommend Insta360° X series cameras. If you ride at night, an X5, if you ride mostly in daylight hours an X3 or X4 will suffice.

regarding the DJI app for windows.. it was already improved active tracking (almost same as Insta360) the only deal breaker is there is no user replaceable lens... but before the release of insta 360 x5 we dont have that replacable lens just lens protectors... i suggest getting that as the osmo 360
