Hello! The support is a insta360 brand handlebar clamp. I’m not going to have it repaired (model x3 that’s getting old) it would cost me more than to change it I imagine... I’m going to save a few months to get a newer model! In the meantime I would still have my Ace Pro 2 for my videos 😁

My Insta360 X3 turns itself on and off repeatedly in less than a year of purchase. I did use it twice underwater as it said it was waterproof. Insta360 wanted me to pay to have it serviced for a price almost equal to buying a brand new one. I put mine in my electronics graveyard. Wasted $500.
