Experienced full on road rage as a cyclist yesterday

I use an Insta360 X3, I have a 128GB card in it and its on loop recording. battery lasts about an hour and I have 2 of them so it covers most of my riding on the road. I got the special computer mount/camera mount thing from insta360 too, it means I dont suffer an aero penalty for having a camera mo

Help me identify damage

The lens protectors aren't part of the camera and aren't necessary, but probably a good idea if you already broke one set since the X3 isn't user replaceable lenses. Those look like 3rd party protectors like these: https://www.evogimbals.com/products/insta360-x3-sticky-lens-guards And they have some

Quick question: What do you use for filming rides?

I want to second the opinion of @rasmussenyassen. For progress and looking at speed a bike computer with sensors, power and heart rate, is good. I love to film rides anyways and have looked into it as well: If you have a good phone, you can do nearly everything with it already. You have to kind of l

Has anyone used a 360 camera to record your live performance?

Yes! It is nice since only with one camera you can edit it so that you show the audience as well. We usually use two of them (Insta360 x3) to get two different positions but even with one it is pretty cool. Here only one used and even the audio is directly from the camera: https://youtu.be/Joi6TQCPB

Beginner confused between Insta360 GO 3S vs X3 (baby videos + bike rides) + editing doubts

I would suggest you to for the X3 Reasons to consider: Bigger sensor size. Helps with low light situation, better colors, better hdr, over all Better quality video. You get a 360° camera. You have the option to crop in what you need and also to have diff POV of the same scene. Where are with the GO

Does the ones cycling with the x3 use lens guards?

Not the X3, but I use them on my X4 when cycling. The problem I have is condensation collecting on the inside of the guards. Insta360 makes a lens care kit for the X4 that is supposed to help with this, but it's a known issue. I've hit ice and gone down hard before. My X4 popped off its mount (it wa

Insta360 looks so good on the back

Insta360 x3 with Pellking mount from Amazon all in the setup is a bit over $400, its worth it if you wanna do content on roadtrips because then you can attach it to your car for when you're driving and then just pop it off and use it to record stuff while walking around

Best Action Camera for Sports & Skiing in 2026?

I think GoPro has fallen to insta360 and dji. I have an insta360 x3 that I’ve been happy with. I use it for skiing (on the powered selfie stick), car track days, wake surfing, etc. The video footage always turns out great. The battery is good for a couple of hours and easily interchangeable. I ski w
