I use the insta360 go ultra and I like it a lot because you can pop out the camera part and it’s very small and light, perfect for mounting on a helmet. For acting as a dashcam on your bike the cheaper Go 3S is even smaller and the video is still good enough, I think I’d get that one.

I like the Insta360 GO3S. You will have to buy separate helmet mount for the camera pod but it's the lightess camera you can probably have on a helmet, I don't feel it all and hardly gets in the way. FOV isnt the best but good enough.

Dad of 4 here. I switched from Fujifilm to M43 because of better bang for the buck. M43 is has good enough bokeh and low light performance, don't let them you tell otherwise.
