HE400se ou Sundara Closed-Back?
Sundara closed é uma aberração. 400se é um excelente fone de entrada, um dos melhores disponíveis em termos de qualidade de audio. Construção não é das melhores

Regret buying...
I have a similar feeling with my hd6xx vs Ananda nano. I upgraded from sundara to Ananda and said to myself I wanted a dynamic driver too for different use cases. And a closed back dynamic. Outside of the first month or two of owning the new headphones I found I prefer the nano 99% of the time. I do

Mitte segamini ajada uuema closed back versiooniga. HIFIMAN puhul kvaliteedi kontroll küsitav, aga hea sound. Suletud: Beyerdynamic DT 770; FiiO FT1

Got an upgrade
I'm a simple person, I see Sundaras I upvote. Not really familiar with on-ears but I assume you'd have to spend a fair bit more to approach the detail and textures of the Hifiman cans.

I just "upgraded" my R3 II for a Fiio M21. Not happy at all.
More power doesn't equate to an improvement in sound, plus at 98db/1mW and 30ohms the Fidelio X3s aren't too hard to drive anyway. You would see the benefit from something like the Sundaras instead for example. Unfortunately, this is probably a lesson to audition possible upgrades first, or at least

What open back planars should I get to upgrade from my HD560s?
K11 r2r are more than enough for Aryas, they are easier to drive than sundaras, I have the k13 r2r and I don't get it out of low gain for my pair of Arya organics. The only advantage I can think of is the peq on the k13 but that's just features.

HD 650
Almost anything is going to be a big step up for you. I personally wouldn't recommend the 650 for competetive gaming; they're perfectly competent but I'd probably want something with slightly wider soundstage and similar layer separation like the Hifiman Sundara or Fiio FT1 in this price range, or t

If I enjoy the 560s what other sennheiser headphone can elevate my listening sessions ?
They’re a perfectly good intro headphone, but there’s a lot out there that works way better, at least for me! The Hifiman Edition XS is a really good headphone for soundstage and detail and is selling around $200 these days. I personally like the Hifiman Sundara a little better for its more mellow t

Are the Sennheiser 490 pro better (factually) than the BeyerDynamic 990 pro?
Firstly, whatever you get you should EQ your headphones. You can start with a target like harman 2018, but the idea is to have something that you can mix into, and know that it will translate across other systems. It takes mixing, checking, tweaking. Second, the kiwi ears altruva with eq will match

Seeking a recommendation for over-the-ear headphones 🎧
For what? If you're at a desk or couch, I recommend the Hifiman Sundara powered by a Schiit Asgard 3 or higher. Incredible. Bought used as a foray into non-portable/noise cancelling and my mind is blown
