Update: Resolved ✅ The issue has now been resolved. What finally worked was opening the web driver in Incognito Mode and attempting the firmware update again. To GravaStar's credit, when I ran into a firmware issue, their support stayed in contact with me and helped me get it resolved, even though I had purchased the keyboard through a local retailer rather than directly fr

Gravastar Mercury K1 keyboard wont turn on
Just commenting to share that I'm experiencing the exact same thing now. I have a V75 Pro and tried to update the firmware this morning, using the official software updater they have named GravaStar75.
