Trying to get into rucking
I stuck 13kg of weight in one of my backpacks and started rucking where I used to jog. I'm sure the GoRuck 4.0 has its benefits, but £200 is not a starter expense. It's just a normal backpack and I'm ruck roughly 7.5km three times per week.

I cant comment on the MR, but I have rucked in the 5.11 rush 24 a couple times. Personally, for the 5.11 to feel good, it needs more weight. 25-35 lbs just felt off to me. That's great! I'm strongly averse to the GoRuck (and other brand) prices, especially when the GoRuck 4.0 does not have a waist strap. That seems like a huge miss, or am I wrong?
