Thinking of starting rucking with my new pup, Patagonia, Zeuz or GORUCK?

Don’t buy GoRuck plates and particularly do not pay for transatlantic shipping. Yes4All plates are cheap on Amazon Germany and if your cart is over 100€, you get free shipping. Just have to be careful with dimensions. The following assumes Rucker 4.0 with Yes4All plates: A 20lb plate will fit in the

Weighted walks

I use a proper rucking pack. Weighted vests are generally not for breasted people especially if they have more although GoRuck has some that look decent. Rucking boots

I recently bought the Mac v-1 high speed mid top. Most comfortable boots I’ve ever worn. Lightweight. The only negative is that you don’t get the stability of a typical boot since the canvas structure is light and meant to be packable. But thats expected. Amazing boot and has a more low profile look

Best budget running ruck pack

The basic Rucker goes up to 13.6 kg (30 Lbs) with plates. The OP wants to go to 20-25 kg (44-55 Lbs) and wants the weight to be secure for running. This makes the Rucker 4.0, which is on sale for $155 US at Rogue right now a pretty good choice. It is on sale because version 5.0 is soon to be release

Recommendations

Any proper outdoor backpack should do, i think their staff could even help fit you of one that you like, if you want one with dedicated plate carrier pockets, I have heard goruck and wild gym making these Edit: I think for your height, a backpacking backpack might work better than goruck or wild gym
