Pixel Buds Pro 2 & WIndows 11 Bluetooth = 🤬🤬🤬🤬
Hi,
I'm using the Google Pixel Buds Pro 2 (the ones that were released in 2023 with the Pixel 8). Sometimes I want to use them with a Windows 11 laptop. There are two things that annoy me to no end:
- If I am wearing the earbuds and listening through my phone, and I reboot the laptop, the earbuds

Skip forward pausing playback after skipping forward using Bluetooth
For the last week or so I've noticed this strange and annoying behaviour. As the subject line says, when I skip forward using some Bluetooth devices, Pocketcasts skips forwards but the playback is paused, requiring me to resume playback.
I say "some" devices because I've observed this with my car h

I am really disappointed in the buds 2 pro.
I was considering the pro buds 2, but had issues with my OG Pixel Buds Pro: the left bud randomly stays connected despite returning the buds to the charging case. Sometimes that same left bud doesn't seat well enough to charge inside the charging case. I had issues with beeping during playback due t

[MEGATHREAD] Pixel 8 Pro – Wi-Fi/Bluetooth Failure After March Update | Track Your Device Here
I had this issue prior to March 2026; it was either Jan or early Feb 2026. Same story-- connectivity suddenly didn't work for Bluetooth or wifi. After several reboots, the Bluetooth started working again. But, in the meantime, I decided to trade that phone in for a steep, carrier-specific discount o

Pixel Stand Not Compatible With Pixel Buds Pro
Pixel Stand is (are, both 1st and 2nd generation) compatible with Pixel Buds Pro and Pro 2. What you're using is not a Pixel Stand. It's a Pixelsnap Charger with Stand (thank Google for the name, not me), which is indeed not compatible with anything other than Pixel 10+ phones and other Qi2/2.2 devi

Pixel Buds Pro 2 Double Tap in PocketCasts also pauses podcast. Don't have this issue with other headphones.
Here's my setup:
- A Pixel 8, running ~latest version of Android
- Google Pixel Buds Pro 2s, on the latest firmware (release_3.144)
- The app PocketCasts, Version 7.81
- Within PocketCasts, under Settings > Headphone controls, "next action" is mapped to "skip forward", which appears to be the defaul

What is the top 10 most frustrating things about the iPhone to you?
Totally makes sense. I haven't had any hardware issues that made me return my phone or hate it so much I switched, but there are just tons of little things. Example: I have a Pixel 9 Pro, my wife has a Pixel 10 Pro. Both support wifi 7. I connect to my MLO router, literally 5 feet away. I test them

Pixel 10 Pro - Bluetooth keeps crashing but only in crowded environments?
Hey there neighbor! I live in the loop and am always in crowded areas. I have Pixel Buds Pro 2 and Galaxy Buds3 Pro. On the Galaxy Buds3 Pro there is a setting to turn off LE Audio which, among other things allows for high quality Bluetooth audio connections. Turning off these higher quality streams

Customer service impressive for me. Setting for switching devices.
I have to keep Bluetooth on my pixel tablet off or it persistently and randomly broadcasts over my pixel buds pro two , they aren't even paired with it anymore and still periodically as I'm wandering around the house with my buds in , paired to my phone .. whatever is running on my tablet ( in hub m

Pixel Buds Pro 2 are complete trash
mine don't disconnect as often as they did earlier with last update and audio quality is usable now but compared to what you got for original Pixel Buds Pro, they're trash.
