I hope Google Nest Wifi Pro 6e improves
I ordered it almost 2 years ago today, literally as soon as it came out, and i've had nothing but trouble. Most recently I had lots of issues with video calls, gaming (even when wired in). I spent an entire day trying to debug the problem.
Problems:
- Poor wireless speed
- Huge latency spikes when

Google Nest Problems?
Over a decade with Google/Nest doorbells, thermometers, displays, mini speakers, max speakers, WiFi Mesh Pro, etc. I’m replacing my entire network and cameras with Ubiquity hardware and everything else with Aqara products. The products used to just work. Now, reliability is terrible. The interface i

Nest wifi pro slow speeds on 1Gig plan
I had the same issue with Nest WiFi Pro (main unit and secondary unit hardwired) on both AT&T Fiber and a local fiber provider. Ethernet would get close to a gig but WiFi rarely broke maybe 500Mbps - and these are supposed to be WiFi 6E devices. Even AT&T’s gateway gives 750Mbps or so over WiFi in t

Google Nest Wifi Pro System - Slow Internet for Days.
I have exact same symptoms... But not just recently, I had this issue like for 2-3 years, but restart fixes it for many days, not only few hours, so I just restart it from time to time, like once a week, and accepted this issue. I used Asus routers for many years before Nest pro and never had simila

Challenges with setting up a Google Nest Wifi Pro 6E Router
I was in need of replacing our primary router. Based on advice from professionals and friends, I purchased a Google Nest Wifi Pro 6E router. The router was much more expensive than I am used to paying, but given the endorsements, the expense seemed to be a good value.
Normally, setting up a new r

Nest Wifi Pro firmware 3.76.479819
My nests are always going down. I’ve bunch of smart switched (tp link) connected to them. 59 devices in house total. I don’t think it’s that crazy. And yet randomly reboot. Or slowness and I’ve to reboot. I don’t get it. 3 points WiFi pro 6e are working worse than the nest WiFi regulars I had.

Need help with my network (Frontier Fiber, 2Gig service, w/ Nest WiFi)
A few weeks ago, I got 2Gig service from Frontier (symmetrical - 2Gig up and down). I've been having issues with it only giving me 1Gig down and 2Gig up.
It's still not resolved, and they supposedly have a fix (per their email today) but need to send a tech out which I'm still waiting on.
While I

Terrible WiFi connectivity on new M2 Macbook
here's as much context as I can provide:
-WiFi network is Google Nest Wifi Pro (6E, 5GHZ band is being picked up by macbook) on a Gigabit connection
-M2 Macbook 2022, purchased recently.
-3rd party installs: Chrome, Slack, Figma, Adobe CS. No dropbox, no synced folders.
My M1 macbook (w

What router should I get?
I got a Linksys MX4300 for $15 from Woot. Loaded OpenWRT on it, and it runs like a dream. Even has SQM. It doesn't have Wifi 6E though. Then again my Google Nest Pro with Wi-Fi 6e is a shitty router that I replaced with the Linksys MX4300 with. I have the Nest Pro router sitting over there, and deba

[COMMENT] Google Nest Wifi Pro 6e Router Review...
[COMMENT]Why would anyone put anything made/controlled by Google in their home or business. They can't even do searches, without their biases changing the results. And Amazon is just as bad.
